I have been a manager at Two mile ash & rugrats preschool for the past 3 years. I started my childcare career in 2012 and have worked my way up from an apprentice to a manager. I am level 3 qualified and studying for my level 5. Im really passionate about safeguarding child

Georgie - Deputy manager, deputy safeguarding lead, level 3 practitioner - Purple group
I am a level 3 qualified practitoner and have a bubbly personality. I really enjoy adult led activites such as cooking and crafting & helping children extend their knowledge and skills.
I am a mum to three children, my youngest attends Two mile ash preschool with me.
Thea - Level 3 apprentice- Yellow group
I started at two mile ash preschool helping once a week. I am now full time and I am completing my level 3 deploma in childcare. I transfered over to rugrats in September 2024. I love arts and crafts and enjoy watching the children flourish.

Kelly - Administrator
I have been an administrator at Two mile ash for the past 6 years. I am very passionate about making sure everything is organised & like to arrange lots of exciting school trips and visits. I am a mum to three children.
Lauren- Level 3 practitioner, Cover staff
I started my childcare career in 2006 and have worked with a range of children from newborn to 6 years.
I have a kind and caring personaily and i like spending time outside. I volunteeras a scout leader in my spare time and I am a mum to one child.

About Rugrats Preschool
Our training
All the core staff are qualified level 3 or above with a vast of experience with working with children. All the staff attend regular training and courses, including safeguarding training, first aid and in house training to support your child’s development and learning. Our staff are dedicated to proving the best care, support and development for your child and are passionate about working in partnership with parents and carers.
