I have been a manager at Two mile ash & Rugrats preschool for the past 4 years. I started my childcare career in 2012 and have worked my way up from an apprentice to a manager . Im really passionate about safeguarding children and love watching them flourish. I am a mum of two children.

I am a level 3 qualified practitoner and have a bubbly personality. I joined TMA in 2022 and transfered over to Rugrats. I really enjoy adult led activites such as cooking and crafting & helping children extend their knowledge and skills.

Thea - Level 2 practitioner, Third in charge, Yellow group
I started at two mile ash preschool helping once a week. I am now full time and I am completing my level 3 deploma in childcare. I transfered over to Rugrats in September 2024 to open our new setting. I love arts and crafts and enjoy watching the children flourish.
Lauren- Level 3 practitioner - Green group
I started my childcare career in 2006 and have worked with a range of children from newborn to 6 years.
I have a kind and caring personality and i like spending time outside. I volunteer as a scout leader in my spare time and I am a mum to one child.
Danielle- Level 2 practitioner Green group
I have worked in a range of different nurserys and preschools and i joined Two Mile Ash preschool in January 2025. I love being apart of such a great team.

I have worked with a wide range of children for the past 11 years and this is a job I really enjoy. I have experience in working with SEN & children with behavioural needs. I am also a mum to 2 children. I am an organised, kind and caring person.

I joined Rugrats Preschool in Feb 2025 and love being part of the team! I have 8 years of experience working with children in various settings, including a travelling circus school in the USA and after school clubs. About Rugrats Preschool
Our training
All the core staff are qualified level 3 or above with a vast of experience with working with children. All the staff attend regular training and courses, including safeguarding training, first aid and in house training to support your child’s development and learning. Our staff are dedicated to proving the best care, support and development for your child and are passionate about working in partnership with parents and carers.
