Meet the team

I have been a manager at Two mile ash & Rugrats preschool for the past 5 years. I started my childcare career in 2012 and have worked my way up from an apprentice to a manager . Im really passionate about safeguarding children and love watching them flourish. I am a mum of two children. 

I am a level 3 qualified practitoner and have a bubbly personality.  I joined TMA in 2022 and transfered over to Rugrats when we expanded. I really enjoy adult led activites such as cooking and crafting & helping children extend their knowledge and skills. 

I am a mum to three children, my youngest also attended in 2024

I started at two mile ash preschool helping once a week. I am now full time and have completed my level 3 deploma in childcare. I transfered over to Rugrats in September 2024 to open our new setting. I love arts and crafts and enjoy watching the children flourish. 

I currently volunteer at Rugrats on Thursdays and Fridays. I am safeguarding trained and enjoy supporting all children in their learning and development.

Outside of the setting I have two children and I enjoy Japanese food, socialising and going to the gym.

 All the core staff are qualified level 3 or above with a vast of experience with working with children. All the staff attend regular training and courses, including safeguarding training, first aid and in house training to support your child’s development and learning. Our staff are dedicated to proving the best care, support and development for your child and are passionate about working in partnership with parents and carers.
